What We’re Looking For:

We’re after reliable and experienced operators with a solid background in civil, mining, agriculture, or heavy industry. You’ll need:

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

Excavators (up to 30T)
Graders
Dozers
Loaders
Watercarts
HR/HC or MC trucks (road ranger gearboxes)
A strong safety mindset and consistent work history
Current or intended WA residency
Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug/alcohol screening
Clean National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Highly Regarded (But Not Essential):

HR, HC, or MC Licence
Machinery tickets relevant to your skills
Prior FIFO or remote site experience
RIO inducted
Background in agriculture or similar heavy industries

Important Notes:

Only WA residents or those actively relocating to WA will be considered.
Pre-employment medicals, including drug and alcohol testing, are mandatory. Ongoing screening will also apply.
