This is a rare Monday–Friday opportunity, working between head office and display homes, offering the perfect balance of customer interaction, career progression and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide first home buyers through their new home journey
• Conduct appointments from head office and display homes
• Recommend suitable home designs and prepare sales proposals
• Maintain customer records using CRM systems
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

What You'll Bring

• Previous New Home Sales or residential construction sales experience
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A motivated, results-driven approach
• CRM experience and a current driver's licence
