With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee residential builds throughout the Toowoomba region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of residential homes from site start through to handover
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects run efficiently
• Deliver homes on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional communication throughout the construction journey
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and ensure compliance with QBCC requirements, NCC and company standards
• Maintain safe, organised and efficient construction sites
• Work closely with internal construction, scheduling and operational teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes

• Previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor 
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices and Australian building standards
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine pride in delivering quality homes

• $120,000 - $140,000 plus super plus car - subject to experience
