An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to take ownership of a beautiful display home located within one of South East Queensland's fastest-growing communities.

Supported by approachable, hands-on management, proven systems, quality homes and a strong pipeline of buyers, you'll have everything you need to succeed. This is your chance to build a long-term career with a growing builder that genuinely values its people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the day-to-day operation and presentation of the display home
• Welcoming and engaging walk-in clients while building lasting relationships
• Qualifying buyers and guiding them through the home-building journey
• Preparing preliminary pricing and presenting quotations using established systems
• Building strong relationships with local land developers and referral partners
• Managing your sales pipeline, customer communication and documentation through CRM
• Attending regular catch-ups with management to support your success
• Proactively generating new business during quieter periods

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in residential new home sales is essential
• A genuine passion for helping clients build their dream home
• Exceptional organisation and administration skills with strong attention to detail
• A self-motivated, proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
• Confidence using CRM systems and technology
• Solid understanding of the residential building process from enquiry through to contract
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve realistic sales targets
