We are looking for an ambitious, service-driven professional ready to step into a Customer Experience Specialist role at one of Australia’s largest and most dynamic retail and trade sites. Based in Sydney's Northern Beaches Region working in a multimillion-dollar location in a fast paced and high volume environment. This role is a genuine fast track into leadership through a structured internal development pathway and training program.

If you have built your foundations in hospitality, quick service restaurants, family business, or high-turnover retail and feel like you have outgrown your current pathway, this could be your next move.

Industry experience is not required. Attitude is everything.

You might have:

• Managed busy lunch and dinner shifts in a restaurant
• Thrived in a fast-paced QSR environment with structured training
• Worked in a family business and taken on responsibility beyond your title
• Been trusted to run rosters, supervise teams or open and close venues

This role reports directly to the Branch Manager and is designed to develop the next generation of leaders.

The Role

• Assist trade and retail customers in selecting bathroom and plumbing products
• Provide pricing, prepare quotes and follow up via phone and email
• Support daily branch operations 
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workspace
• Contribute to team performance and culture
• Support roster coordination and people management over time as capability grows
• Hours are Monday to Friday, flexible on start and finish time and every second to third Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm.
