Are you experienced in drafting with residential projects on a volume scale and ready to join a company that values quality craftsmanship? A family-owned builder with over 20 years of experience in the Moreton Bay region is looking for a talented Lead Production Draftsperson to join their team.

The Role:
As the Lead Production Draftsperson, you will work alongside two additional Draftspersons during the production phase, completing full working drawings, managing plan variations, preparing documentation, allocating workflow, and ensuring quality and company standards are maintained across all builds.

Your role will focus on:

• Preparing and modifying plans using Revit
• Producing accurate working drawings and documentation
• Ensuring all designs comply with NCC, local council regulations, and estate covenants
• Supporting the construction team with clear and detailed documentation
• Providing technical expertise across residential construction including frame and truss, floor systems, cabinetry, electrical layouts, and construction detailing

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Revit software
• Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC), local council regulations, and estate covenants
• Previous experience within volume residential construction
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential production drafting, plan amendments, and documentation
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Proven skills in managing Drafting workflow
