We’re on the lookout for an experienced Bathroom Sales Consultant to work Tuesday to Saturday, acting as the second-in-charge to the Store Manager. You’ll lead a passionate and knowledgeable team, helping customers find the right bathroom solutions while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support a team of 3–6 staff in a retail and trade sales environment
• Deliver exceptional service and expert advice on bathroom and plumbing products
• Drive sales performance and assist with setting daily priorities for the team
• Manage showroom presentation and ensure displays are clean and customer-ready
• Coordinate inventory needs and stock levels with the warehouse team
• Maintain strong communication with the Store Manager and broader team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in bathroom or plumbing product sales – essential
• Previous 2IC, team leader or senior sales experience in a retail or trade store
• Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
• Proactive, organised, and hands-on – someone who leads by example
• Punctual, reliable, and driven to contribute to a team-focused environment

What’s On Offer

• Roster: Tuesday to Friday 9am–5pm | Saturday 9am–4pm
• Salary: $70K–$80K + Super (based on experience)
