Join a well-established national home builder with a strong brand. We’re looking for an experienced Draftsperson – Masters to take ownership of developing  master drawings, helping to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all designs, as well as creating new designs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update master drawings in Revit
• Oversee quality assurance of work output from the offshore resource
• Work with a team of 3 drafters, reporting to the Drafting Manager
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop new home designs
• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant standards, codes, and company requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential drafting (must be volume or project homes) 
• Strong Revit skills and ability to set up/manage templates and libraries
• Proven experience managing or creating master drawings 
• High attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Previous experience in coordinating offshore resources highly desirable
