Key Responsibilities

• Manage all customer enquiries and walk-ins at the display
• Present product options and packages in a confident and informative manner
• Guide clients through the full sales journey from enquiry to contract
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track all pipeline activity
• Represent the brand with professionalism and insight
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and local networks
• Featuring three stunning single-storey homes, including a standout acreage-style home
• Operates as a single consultant centre — ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy and ownership

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh, positive energy 
• Minimum two years of experience in new home sales is essential
• A self-motivated, proactive individual who thrives in a stand-alone role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working Saturday–Wednesday as the key consultant onsite
