Location: Inner Brisbane City HQ 
Days: Monday - Friday (Enjoy your weekends off!)
Access to display homes across SEQ

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage all customer enquiries via various methods and walk-ins from HQ 
• Present product offerings clearly and confidently, tailoring packages to suit individual buyer needs
• Guide clients through the entire sales journey, from initial consultation to contract signing
• Liaise with internal teams (design, drafting, contracts, etc.) to ensure smooth handover and build commencement
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage sales pipeline activity
• Represent the brand professionally at all times and help strengthen its position in the market

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years experience in new home sales - internal or display based
• A fresh, energetic presence 
• A proactive and motivated self-starter who thrives on delivering value to buyers, but can also dedicate time to working with clients seeking a custom build
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Someone excited by the opportunity to help grow and evolve a refreshed product range and brand

Remuneration

• Base of $70k–$75k + Super
• Commission = 2%
• Paid 50% at deposit and 50% at slab
