This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident in client communications and understands the pace and priorities of residential construction. You'll be an essential link between the construction team and clients, helping guide homeowners from site start to handover and beyond.

The Role
As the Client Liaison, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring clear communication between clients, trades, and internal teams. No two days are the same – expect a mix of construction admin, scheduling, client updates, and post-build maintenance coordination.

• Liaise with clients daily via phone/email
• Coordinate key appointments (PCI, handovers, maintenance visits)
• Prepare handover kits, issue compliance documentation (e.g. Form 21, Fencing Contributions)
• Manage maintenance/warranty requests and schedule trade repairs
• Prepare and issue notice letters (Commencement, Practical Completion)
• Submit gas applications, schedule installs, and maintain records
• Assist with other general and construction admin duties as needed

Experience/Skills Required

• Experience in a similar role within residential construction is
• essential
• Professional, proactive, and confident communicator
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to use various software programs
• Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously
• A passion for providing a smooth, positive customer journey
