Position Overview:

As a passionate Account Manager, you will be a key player in fostering strong relationships with clients and be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and an understanding of the building material supply industry.

Job Summary

• Achievement of sales, margin and product mix targets
• The ability to attract new customers in addition to growing existing business.
• Analysis of sales and customer data to identify new opportunities.
• Effective management of a diverse builder centric customer base
• Development and implementation of trade sales plans and initiatives
• You will be responsible for communicating and representing the company brand to key stakeholders through sales meetings, training, and industry events.
• Safety being part of our everyday culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management, customer service and sales
• Sound understanding of the building materials sector desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
