Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
• Manage team performance and drive results through clear goals and accountability
• Partner with recruitment stakeholders to support hiring activities
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide functional guidance to the team
• Handle escalations and ensure timely and effective resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and organisational guidelines
• Support project initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts
• Design and deliver moderate-complexity learning solutions aligned to business objectives and adult learning principles
• Collaborate with leadership to implement and localise operational policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of people management experience and 1 year in training and development
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (in-person or contact centre environment)
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Strong end-to-end project management and process improvement skills
• Experience in training facilitation and learning delivery
• Basic project management capabilities
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications
• Background in crisis management, law enforcement, social work, or investigative roles is an added advantage
• Experience in law enforcement, criminal investigations, or demonstrated investigative skills is an added advantage
