Responsibilities:
Drive sales of electronic components through proactive client engagement and business development (Hunting: Farming = 80:20)
Execute marketing plans and campaigns for franchised products.
Identify and establish relationships with new customers and suppliers.
Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients to strengthen partnerships.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Promote and design-in principals’ products with OEM/ODM customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in a relevant or related industry; candidates from other industries are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Proven tele-sales experience with strong follow-up and client management skills
Comfortable conducting cold calls and approaching new clients
Professional and articulate communicator with strong presentation skills
Experience working with distributors or resellers in the electronics industry is an added advantage
