Job Summary:
Experienced accountant to drive accurate reporting, ensure compliance, and support finance leadership with timely financial insights.
Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for multiple entities with accuracy and timeliness
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and variance analysis
• Prepare audit schedules, financial statements, and liaise with external auditors
• Compile consolidated unaudited financial statements for the holding company and overseas subsidiary
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns
• Assist with corporate tax, partnership tax schedules, and statutory filings
• Handle company secretarial and regulatory matters
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and support group reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Support ad hoc finance duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• ACCA or Degree preferably with CA or CPA
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in external audit
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in shipping and/or brokerage is an added advantage
