Responsibilities:
Prepare health check results, reports, and issue relevant certificates
Support follow-up processes for patients after health screenings
Assist in health screening operations as required
Coordinate vaccination schedules for infants, children, and travel purposes
Manage patient enquiries via email, phone, and in person
Review and develop health check-up packages
Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the team
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office applications and email communication
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform in a fast-paced clinical environment
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays
Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is an added advantage
Experience in front-line customer service, preferably within a healthcare or clinic setting, is an added advantage
