Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with new and existing clients in the marine, offshore oil, and gas sectors.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand business opportunities.
Gather and communicate customer requirements and market insights to internal stakeholders.
Leverage product, service, and operational knowledge to support customer needs and enhance competitiveness.
Prepare and manage proposals, and negotiate contracts for management approval.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
Deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
Engage and influence senior decision-makers to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements:
Minimum 4–8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record
Experience in the marine or offshore industry is preferred
Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
Knowledge of maritime satellite services is an added advantage
Established network within the marine industry is an added advantage
Prior experience as a Radio Officer is an added advantage
Existing contacts with ship managers and vessel owners are an added advantage
