Responsibilities
Manage purchase orders by confirming details, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking order status.
Monitor attendance records, manage alerts, and support HR administration from LOA onwards.
Coordinate onboarding processes, documentation, and system access for new hires.
Support regulatory and government-related administrative matters, including initial SFA inquiries.
Compile, consolidate, and report key operational metrics and KPIs from multiple data sources.
Prepare and distribute regular operational and management reports.
Act as a central liaison between kitchen operations, management, and Japan-based stakeholders.
Handle operational enquiries promptly and maintain clear, professional communication.
Take ownership of ad-hoc operational tasks in a fast-evolving startup environment.
Requirements
Strong IT literacy with the ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools quickly.
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with consistent output and reporting discipline.
Experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles is an added advantage.
Prior exposure to startup or fast-paced business environments is an added advantage.
