Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp
• Explain purchasing processes clearly to customers
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documents
• Verify authenticity of incoming luxury items and jewellery
• Provide simple translation support as required
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N4 or above) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Good working attitude and punctuality
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Customer service or customer-facing experience is an added advantage
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage
