【Job ID: 1483271】 Responsibilities:
Facilitate effective communication between Japanese-speaking and English-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Translate, create, proofread, and maintain bilingual documents such as production reports, safety guidelines, and SOPs.
Coordinate with internal teams including Production, Technical, QESH, Finance & Costing, and Management to support cross-department communication.
Provide interpretation support during meetings and cross-functional projects.
Deliver basic language support through English lessons for Japanese-speaking employees and Japanese lessons for English-speaking employees.
Assist daily workplace communication and written correspondence.
Manage and maintain administrative data using Excel spreadsheets.
Assist in planning recreational activities and company events.
Provide general reception and administrative support when translation or interpretation volume is low.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Japanese and English for liaising with Japanese-speaking and English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation and documentation.
Ability to deliver timely, accurate interpretation and translation services in both office and field environments.
