Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and deliver daily and weekly Japanese‑language programmes aligned with curriculum guidelines
Conduct engaging, age‑appropriate learning activities using suitable teaching methods
Maintain effective classroom management and a respectful, supportive learning environment
Perform routine care tasks and ensure a well‑organised class structure
Prepare class newsletters and maintain accurate student progress reports
Plan and support the execution of school events
Build and maintain strong communication and rapport with parents and colleagues
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
Strong communication, creativity and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese‑speaking clients and stakeholders
