Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers and distributors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and participation in exhibitions.
Collaborate with senior managers to set strategic and operational goals aligned with company objectives.
Coordinate with R&D teams to enhance product presentations and stay updated on new technologies.
Liaise with factories on production forecasts, product quality, delivery schedules, engineering matters, and pricing to meet sales targets.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and provide after‑sales support.
Submit timely weekly, monthly, quarterly sales activity reports, forecasts, and projections to the sales manager.
Plan and organize activities related to exhibitions, tradeshows, and advertising for brand development.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in flat cables, electronics, or electrical components.
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese‑speaking clients and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel overseas when required.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship‑building skills.
Good business acumen with a mature, self‑disciplined, and results‑driven mindset.
