Responsibilities:
Promote and sell assigned products and services to achieve sales targets.
Pursue sales leads and conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits.
Close sales orders to meet revenue goals.
Identify, research, and engage prospective customers to develop long-term business opportunities.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Provide sales leads, customer feedback, and market insights to internal teams.
Establish and manage annual, monthly, and weekly sales plans to meet targets.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
At least 2 years of sales experience.
Strong marketing and sales competencies.
Good knowledge of the products sold.
