Support regional HR operations and expatriate management across APAC while handling HR and general affairs functions in Singapore.

Responsibilities:
Regional HR Operations
Respond to expatriate inquiries across APAC in accordance with overseas assignment policies
Support GM on expatriate personal income tax matters
Manage and operate the expatriate leave management system (Unit4)
Prepare and submit required documents to headquarters
Coordinate with assignees on postings, transfers, and repatriations
Handle internal approval workflows and delegation of authority processes
HR & General Affairs – Singapore
Support expatriates during assignment and repatriation, including accommodation arrangements
Assist in administering the HR evaluation system
Update and maintain the Asia Expatriate Handbook
Manage golf club memberships
Oversee corporate hotel contract administration
Liaise with external organisations such as the Japanese Association and Chamber of Commerce
Conduct office fixed asset inventory
Requirements
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, Word)
Experience in HR operations or HR administration
Experience in expatriate management and related processes
