Responsibilities:
Conduct accounting and tax due diligence for overseas expansion and M&A projects
Provide accounting and tax support for overseas subsidiaries
Establish and improve internal controls for overseas subsidiaries
Coordinate reporting between headquarters and overseas entities
Deliver accounting and tax advisory services to clients
Assist with overseas business support activities based on business needs
Requirements:
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in an audit or accounting firm
Strong practical knowledge of accounting and tax
Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Experience in overseas or cross‑border engagements is an added advantage
Professional qualifications such as Japanese CPA, US CPA, or Certified Tax Accountant are an added advantage
