Responsibilities:
Lead product development and customer experience design from awareness to long‑term retention.
Conduct market, competitor, and internal analysis to identify issues and develop strategies.
Build hypotheses through user interviews and Voice of Customer (VoC) insights.
Design UX across the entire customer journey.
Define requirements and prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new features and enhancements.
Manage cross‑functional projects, including collaboration with engineering teams.
Plan and execute digital advertising strategies.
Manage and direct digital advertising agencies or external partners.
Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., Retention Rate, CAC, ARPPU, NPS) and optimise performance using data analysis.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders
At least 3 years of experience in product management or marketing.
At least 3 years of experience working in overseas markets, including Southeast Asia or China.
Strong interest in the food‑related business domain.
Ability to understand customer lifestyle and behaviour in Singapore.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with both local and overseas teams.
Ability to derive deep customer insights and translate them into actionable initiatives.
Comfortable overseeing both product and marketing scopes.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to operate in a fast‑moving environment.
Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to take broad ownership across responsibilities.
Eagerness to learn and build new frameworks for undefined or complex challenges.
