Responsibilities:
Provide routine patient care and attend to patients’ comfort needs.
Record accurate physical assessments, including height, weight, visual acuity, audiometry, and nursing observations.
Manage and support health screening procedures.
Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques when handling patients.
Conduct inventory checks for equipment, surgical supplies, and instruments.
Maintain a safe, clean, and patient‑friendly environment.
Collate laboratory, radiology, and specialist reports.
Follow doctors’ instructions regarding laboratory, x‑ray, and other results for review, and highlight urgent or adverse findings.
Dispense medications in accordance with clinic protocols.
Manage clinic emails, phone enquiries, and general enquiries.
Register patients, schedule appointments, and send appointment reminders.
Handle insurance claims and coverage for consultations, treatments, medications, surgeries, and hospital admissions.
Liaise with insurance providers, including preparing Letters of Guarantee (LOG).
Coordinate billing matters with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and radiology centres.
Follow up on outstanding payments from corporate clients, insurers, and self‑paying patients.
Provide administrative support across clinic operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
Proficiency in English and Japanese for liaising with Japanese‑speaking clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Meticulous, accurate, and detail‑oriented.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work well under pressure and contribute as an effective team member.
Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Platos System is an added advantage.
