Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating activities across multiple project streams.
• Lead, monitor, and document business user activities to ensure alignment with project governance standards.
• Prepare documents such as migration plans/results, UAT plans/evaluations, BCP/BCP drill plans, and other project-related documentation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and status reports.
• Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; identify potential delays or risks and escalate appropriately.
• Consolidate weekly and monthly updates for internal stakeholders and client management.
• Ensure adherence to client governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
• Update business procedures to reflect new system functions and operational changes.
• Assist in managing change requests, risks, issues, and lessons‑learned documentation.
• Coordinate communications and enhance collaboration among business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain professional consulting standards, confidentiality, and effective stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO or business support roles.
• Strong experience in UAT planning, execution, and reporting.
• Background in the banking industry, preferably within Operations; consulting experience and involvement in system implementation projects are advantageous.
• Familiarity with reconciliation or banking operations is preferred.
• Leadership or team‑coordination experience.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Basic understanding of system implementation lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with Duco software is an added advantage.
