Responsibilities

• Support the formulation and execution of the Mid-Term Management Plan and regional business strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with telecommunication carriers, IT vendors, and startups across APAC.
• Assist in end‑to‑end M&A activities, including target identification, sourcing, due diligence, contract negotiation, and post‑merger integration.
• Prepare high‑quality management reports and presentation materials for senior leadership and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in corporate planning, business planning, new business development, or solution/project management in the IT or telecommunications industry.
• Strong analytical capabilities with excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills for strategic documentation.
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders across APAC.
• Ability to think from a management perspective and proactively take ownership of tasks.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic regional environment.
• Experience in consulting, M&A, or corporate alliance projects is an added advantage.
• Industry knowledge in telecommunications or IT is an added advantage.
