Ensure stable operation of internal systems and servers.
Coordinate with vendors on maintenance contracts and renewals for hardware and software.
Propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Act as liaison between headquarters and the local branch for operational matters.
Ensure system configurations comply with security guidelines during audits.
Analyse functional requirements and implement system changes in line with guidelines.
Collaborate with the team leader to maintain system configuration and design standards.
Handle daily user support including server, network, PC, and user account queries.
Perform troubleshooting, recovery actions, error investigations, and propose improvement measures.
Prepare and maintain system documentation such as runbooks, inventory lists, and parameter sheets.
Identify system issues and drive improvement initiatives.
Develop operation and maintenance procedure manuals for knowledge transfer.
Maintain up-to-date management documentation.
Requirements:
Experience in Windows client provisioning and end-user computing support.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Experience managing Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
Experience administering VMware infrastructure.
Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and VPN.
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese speaking counterparts.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
