Responsibilities:

• Oversee TIW–Metal Recycling operational workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Lead implementation and optimization of waste treatment and recycling technologies.
• Enhance operational efficiency, resource recovery performance, and environmental sustainability.
• Support the transfer of technical knowledge and best practices to improve incineration, WWTP, HF, CaF₂, and related processes.
• Assist in developing annual operational budgets and monitor costs to drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and support achievement of EBIT targets.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving support to operational teams.
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings including toolbox, supervisory, project, management, and safety discussions.
• Contribute to long‑term resource recovery, recycling, and sustainability strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative recycling solutions.
• Collaborate with EHS to implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and enforce compliance.
• Support incident investigations and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture within hazardous waste operations.
• Prepare accurate operational and financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑department data collection for monthly reporting and facilitate communication with internal Japanese‑speaking stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations management, waste management, industrial manufacturing, or project coordination.
• Strong technical knowledge in incineration, WWTP, HF/CaF₂ processes, and chemical engineering principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese‑speaking stakeholders.
