Support sales operations, inventory control, and cross‑department coordination for smooth regional and HQ communication

Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales order creation, updates, and confirmations with internal teams and overseas offices to ensure accurate processing.
Liaise with Production, Purchasing, and Shipping teams to monitor production capacity, material availability, and shipment schedules for timely delivery.
Prepare export-related documents, cost statements, and support FTA Form D compliance.
Manage inventory control, stock replenishment planning, and sales forecasting, including inputs for budgeting discussions with HQ.
Prepare sales, shipment, and marketing reports in Japanese for meetings and discussions with HQ.
Handle customer enquiries and coordinate quality-related investigations with Production and QC teams, reporting findings to HQ.
Support brand promotion, marketing events, new product planning, and market analysis in collaboration with Marketing and R&D teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
2–5 years’ experience in sales support, sales coordination, operations, or supply chain, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Experience in sales order processing and cross-functional coordination involving Sales, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and QC.
Knowledge of sales reporting, shipment coordination, inventory management, and forecasting.
Basic understanding of export operations and trade documentation; experience with FTA Form D is an added advantage.
Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
