Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp
Explain purchasing processes clearly to customers
Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documents
Verify authenticity of incoming luxury items and jewellery
Provide simple translation support as required
Perform other assigned duties as necessary
Requirements
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N4 or above) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Good working attitude and punctuality
Willingness to work on weekends
Customer service or customer-facing experience is an added advantage
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage
