Responsibilities:

• Lead banking system development or implementation projects as Project Manager or Delivery Lead.
• Oversee full project lifecycle, including planning, progress tracking, milestone management, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Manage project costs, timelines, and human resource allocation.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to client management teams.
• Communicate closely with clients, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Organize and guide project teams from initiation to closure.
• Manage client expectations and maintain a positive professional relationship.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or as a Delivery Lead overseeing end-to-end project delivery.
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English for communication with diverse internal and external teams.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
• Knowledge or experience in banking system development or implementation projects is an added advantage.
