Japanese speaking executive [Airline/ RM9K+ COMMISION ]
Support Japanese customers with flight booking and complaint inquiries while coordinating with international airline partners.

Handle flight booking and complaint inquiries from Japanese customers via phone, email, and chat.
Communicate with international airlines and vendors in English for issue resolution.
Prepare accurate reports and conduct research to support customer service activities.
Use IT systems and tools efficiently to manage customer interactions and documentation.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders, including use of Keigo in both spoken and written communication.
Daily conversation level of English proficiency required to communicate with English-speaking customers and vendors.
Strong understanding of Japanese business manners and professional etiquette.
Customer-oriented mindset with professionalism in service delivery.
Strong reporting and research skills.
Familiarity with IT systems and tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, fast typing, and keyboard shortcuts.
High learning agility, flexibility, and stress tolerance are added advantages.
Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively is an added advantage.
Proficiency in blind touch typing is an added advantage.
Experience in aviation, travel, hospitality, sales, administration, or other customer service or corporate roles is an added advantage.
