Respond to restaurant requests to cancel orders due to stock availability.
Communicate effectively with Japanese customers via phone, email, and chat.
Operate efficiently within a 24-hour shift environment using IT systems and tools.
[Requirement]
Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders, including use of Keigo in both spoken and written communication.
Daily conversation level of English proficiency required to communicate with English-speaking customers.
Strong customer-oriented mindset and understanding of Japanese business manners and professional etiquette.
Proficient in IT systems and tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, fast typing, and keyboard shortcuts.
Ability to work in a 24-hour rotating shift environment.
High flexibility and resilience under stress is an added advantage.
Quick learning ability and strong multitasking and problem-solving skills are an added advantage.
Proficiency in blind touch typing is an added advantage.
Experience in hospitality, sales, administration, or other customer service or corporate roles is an added advantage.
