Responsibilities:
Provide pre and post sales technical solution for inverters / drives;
Site troubleshooting and LV drive commissioning
Organize in-house trainings for Sales and Marketing team;
Provide technical trainings/ seminars at consultants/ end-users’ premises;
Assist sales team in regional distribution network expansion;
Compose bill of materials based on tender specifications
Provide customer support by responding well to customer technical questions and understanding customer technical requirements to propose optimal solutions to strengthen customer relationship and trust
Conduct market studies and feedback
Prepare technical manual/ articles
Creation of technical database
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements: [Must]
5 years of relevant experience in handling low voltage electrical products such as drives/ motors/PLC
Knowledge and experience in VFDs
Willing to provide hands-on pre & post sales technical solutions to support sales team
Confident in conducting technical trainings and technical presentations to partners and customers
Strong site troubleshooting and application skill is added advantage
