Take care of food delivery service inquiries & complaint coming from Japanese customers located in Japan via phone calls, email, chat.
Examples of inquiries
Customer - Asking when the ordered food will arrive, or requesting a refund for missing items
Delivery person - The customer is not at the delivery location, or the delivery address cannot be confirmed on the app
Restaurant - Requesting to cancel an order due to items being out of stock
[Requirement]
Daily conversation level of English and Japanese proficiency required to communicate with English and Japanese speaking with customers
Possesses a basic understanding of Japanese business manners and professional etiquette
Demonstrates a strong customer-oriented mindset
Able to use professional-level Keigo (polite Japanese) in both spoken and written communication
Proficient in IT systems and tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, fast typing, and keyboard shortcuts
Capable of working in a 24-hour shift environment
Advantage
Proficient in blind touch typing
Experienced in hospitality, sales, administration, and other customer service or corporate roles
