Responsibilities:
Analyze business operations and systems across FX, Money Market, Derivatives, Bonds, GIRO, and FAST domains.
Evaluate core banking, front-office, back-office, information, and regulatory reporting systems.
Capture and document business requirements accurately as a Business Analyst.
Assess technical feasibility and design solutions as a System Analyst.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Japan, Singapore, and other APAC regions.
Create detailed business flow and system configuration diagrams to support project execution.
Manage time, communication, risks, and tasks within assigned responsibilities.
Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
Communicate project progress, status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior management.
Support full project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, documentation, and implementation.
Collaborate with Project Lead/Owner or Sponsor to drive strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements definition, system analysis, including design and technical specification.
Practical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), Derivatives (Interest Rate Swap / Cross Currency Swap), Bonds, FAST/GIRO Payment, XB/MEPS Payment.
Ability to create business flow and system configuration diagrams.
Experience in multiple banking domains is an added advantage.
Experience working in multinational projects or global teams is an added advantage.
