Job Summary: Join our team to replace outdated interphone systems in Singapore and promote our products internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Replace outdated interphone systems in Singapore apartments.
• Present and demonstrate new interphone products to apartment owners.
• Build relationships with apartment owners and property management teams.
• Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing technical support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
• Liaise with international distributors to promote and sell interphone or nurse call products.
• Analyse foreign markets to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor strategies, and regulatory requirements in target regions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders in target markets.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• No experience is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
