Admin & Accounting Executive {Japanese Speaking | Up to $5K +AWS + VB]
Full‐scope accounting & admin role — handle bookkeeping, GST/IRAS filings, HR & GA tasks; requires 2-3 yrs exp. and Japanese proficiency.

Accounting (70~80%)
Perform daily journal entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare vendor bills, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations
Issue customer invoices and manage collections
Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
Prepare GST returns and support IRAS filings
Liaise with external accountants and auditors
Manage petty cash and employee expense reimbursements
General Affairs (20~30%)
Manage office supplies, utilities, and maintenance contracts
Liaise and coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers
Handle company licenses, insurance, and statutory documents
Support HR and payroll administration (CPF submission, leave records, etc.)
Apply for and renew work passes/visas with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
Arrange business trips, accommodations, and transportation
Provide general administrative support for daily operation
Requirements :
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration
Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese-speaking counterparts
Good understanding of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, GST, MOM, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, Xero, etc.)
High attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work independently
