Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate financing solutions including debt, equity, and hybrid structures.
• Prepare financial proposals and documentation for internal approvals and external presentations.
• Build, revise, and analyse cash flow models; prepare summary materials for negotiations and reporting.
• Facilitate meetings and lead negotiations with financial institutions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business development teams.
• Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project viability.
• Maintain strong relationships with financial partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and business development teams across Asia.
• Coordinate with external financial advisors and consultants as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project finance.
• Experience in the energy sector, LNG infrastructure, or wind power projects is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and critical thinking skills.
