Execute strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and marketing initiatives.
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to present solutions and build rapport.
Follow up diligently on leads and negotiate effectively to secure sustainable partnerships.
Provide timely insights on market trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve business objectives.
Travel regularly to Malaysia and occasionally to the Philippines for client engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B service environment.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in English and Japanese language for liaising with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a consultative approach to client management.
Willingness to travel frequently to Malaysia and occasionally to the Philippines.
Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage
