Responsibilities: 

• Prepare proposal & cost estimation for tender projects
• Estimate project quantities and costs in the preparation of major tenders in a timely and cost effective basis such as to take-off HVAC equipment, preparation of IO summary, DDC controller sizing, field device selection, preparation of BOQ, costing, valve selection.
• Assist the Proposal / Sales Manager on technical matters & costing matters during the process of securing the contracts.
• Plan, prepare, coordinate and to consolidate all estimating activities.
• Interpret engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, scope of works, etc.
• Follows all relevant Tendering / Proposals polices & procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. 

Requirements: 

[MUST]

• 2 to 4 years of working experience, preferably in ACMV / BMS 
• Good communication, writing, negotiation, numerical, analytically and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good understanding of specifications and drawings
