Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and applications
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with partners to enhance applications and equipment based on client needs.
Lead and manage projects related to the implementation of new equipment and applications.
Act as a liaison between clients and partners, ensuring customer requirements are met.
Generate regular reports on equipment performance, spare parts usage, and customer feedback for management review.
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stocks on hand, facilitating smooth operations.
Facilitate effective communication with customers.
Any other ad-hoc assigned.
Requirements
1 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts
Working experience in semiconductor tools and equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
Excellent problem-solving ability to address technical challenges.
Strong focus in providing customer-oriented service.
Willing to travel
