An experienced Personal Assistant to support senior management with schedule coordination and business travel arrangements.

[Job ID: 1069639] Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedule for internal/external meeting requests, liaise with transport service provider for local transport arrangement, provide daily updates of meeting, lunch, dinner appointment and golf booking etc. in a timely manner
Asist in business travel support, including arrangement of VISA application, overseas accommodation/logistic arrangement. These may include private flight and logistic booking etc.
Manage monthly expenses and claims
Other ad-hoc tasks and support any other administrative duties assigned by CEO and reporting supervisor(s)
Requirements:
3 - 5 years Personal Assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment working for senior-level management
Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Japanese language skills to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders includes Japan HQ
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention in details, diligent, self-motivated with a positive working attitude
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Able to solve problem independently or with minimum supervision
