Responsibilities
Prepare and manage trade-related documents
Support accounting tasks such as issuing invoices and managing payments/receipts
Organize documents, perform data entry, and manage filing
Handle visitors, phone calls, and email correspondence in both Japanese and English
Provide general administrative support as needed
Any other ad-hoc assigned.
Requirements
2 years experiences in administration.
Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
