Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with both existing and new clients in the casino industry. Your role goes beyond traditional sales: you will actively listen to customer needs, propose tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams, and support clients throughout the entire order lifecycle. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
- Account Management for Existing Clients
- Maintain and deepen relationships through regular communication and visits.
- Customer Needs Analysis & Marketing Insight
- Conduct in-depth interviews to uncover customer pain points and needs for internal feedback.
- Solution Development & Proposal
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and present proposals based on customer feedback.
- Product Usage Monitoring
- Track clients' inventory and consumption to proactively suggest reorders or replacements.
- Order Coordination & Production Support
- Manage the process from order placement to production scheduling and delivery, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities, and share insights with relevant internal teams.
- Rapid On-Site Response Capability
- Respond quickly to client issues and be willing to visit customer sites as
needed.
- New Client Development
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through industry events,
networking, and referrals.
- Payment Follow-Up
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
Requirements [Must]
- Proficiency in Korean to communicate with Korean speaking customers in Korea
- Comfortable with traveling to Korea (avg. 2 times / month)
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills to identify customer needs
- Ability to respond quickly and flexibly to issues on-site
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for closing deals
- Willing to relocate to Japan

- Working experience in Sales function in Engineering or Manufacturing industry
