Responsibilities:

• Overall management and oversight of the Singapore branch's operations and business administration
• Formulating and executing operational strategies in the architecture and real estate industries
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
• Leading cross-functional teams and managing the organization
• Liaising and reporting to the head office in Japan
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Approximately 15+ years of practical experience in the architecture and real estate industries, particularly in operations management (e.g., 10-12 years of industry experience plus around 3-5 years in senior management)
• Proven management experience as an MD or in an equivalent leadership position
• Strong background in operations, not from a strategy/general consulting firm or purely sales-oriented background
• Experience working in a multinational environment preferred
