Responsibilities:
Handling reception-related duties for customers (This center takes appointments system, so it is necessary to provide one-on-one service)
General administrative duties for the store
Accompanying and interpreting for executives visiting from Japan
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as reception or customer service
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Japanese(N2level) language to liaise with internal and external Mandarin-speaking and Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients
Basic computer literacy skills
Able to work on weekends
